This is quest grants access to the raid instanced zone Bloodskull Valley in Antonica. You need at least 12 people to enter the zone and they should be around level 24 for the raid to be successful.

The Wounded Scout does not look very wounded

The Scout
1. Find the Wounded Scout (275, 500) on NE of Hidden Canyon Station.
2. Accept his quest and you will need to kill:

One of the commanders

Lieutenant Vrah'Kna - In a Orc tower (-375, 450)
Commander DV'Nar - Wanders the middle southern area (around 200,475) with many cohorts.
Commander Grik'Sna - Wanders the middle southern area (around 200,475) with many cohorts.

The General scours the land for victims

General Vhar'Taug - On top of the Orc tower (-375, 450). Hardest of the Orcs might require a group.

3. Upon killing the last NPC you will be flagged to enter Bloodskull Valley.
