Freelance Work by Guy Stables

All of the following projects were developed, built and some times designed by Guy Stables for various companies as a freelance contractor.
Game Development in ActionScript 2.0 & 3.0
Client: VH1
Game:
Drop The Beat
  Client: Clorox

Sparkling Sudoku

VH1 wanted a game to tie in with their Hip Hop Honors
show. Drop The Beat more than exceeded their
expectations for a fun, simple game using Hip Hop as the theme.

Clorox wanted to use the MSN Games network to
promote their Cleaner Home campaign. Players
clean the shower wall by solving the Sudoku.
Client: Roche Applied Science
Game:
Cell Invasion Rave
  Client: Lands End

Shoreliners

Roche wanted a classic game that promoted
their brand in a fun way. Space Invaders was
revamped with a cellular theme to meet this need.

To promote Lands Ends "The Hub" on Facebook
Shoreliners was developed to reel in their
target demograph and provide brand exposure.
Misc. Web Development & Design (AS2.0, AS3.0, CSS, HTML, XML)
Client: Madonna / DMB / Elvis Costello
Product: Music Player
  Client: Madonna
Product:
Hard Candy Website

Music Today wanted an Audio Player they
could use across multiple sites that was easily
skinned for each artist.

Madonna wanted a music video wall to promote
her Hard Candy album. I built the video wall
and video player that played the videos.
Client: Music Today
Product:
Ryan Adams Homepage
  Client: Winter Green Resort
Product:
Dynamic Slideshow

This alt-country/rock singer-songwriter wanted a zany retro sci-fi website. I was able to bring his vision to life. It features a live tour tracker (when he is touring), real time NY weather, a game, band member blogs, artwork from Ryan and many other features.

To spice up their already great website I helped Winter Green Resort by making a completely customizable menu / slideshow. Images location, fade speed, display speed and menu items and links are all easily changed by editing one XML file.
Client: Ten Sisters Wine
Product:
Ten Sisters Homepage
  Client: Mariah Carey
Product:
Forever Perfume Intro Animation

I designed and built this entire website and wine logo.
This lovely wine will out at the end of 2010.

Mariah Carey wanted an intro animation for her
Forever perfume website. I designed and built this
meeting her very strict guidelines.
While most of the tools, demos and sites Guy Stables built for Pitney Bowes were for internal company use, training or site administration a few were released to the public. These tools were used to teach customers of new products, how to use their current Pitney Bowes products or bring them news from the postal world.
Client: Pitney Bowes
Product: PostInsight.com
Languages: Cold Fusion, CSS, SQL, HTML
  Client: Pitney Bowes

eRR Product Demo

Using strict PB design guidelines I built one of the worlds largest Postal Related sites - PostInsight. Incredibly customizable, an easy to use content creation admin, site-wide searching and automated site maintenance were all included in this project.

I built and designed the eRR product demo prototype
to show users how e-Return Receipt
subscription system worked.
Client: Pitney Bowes

  Client: Pitney Bowes

Shipstream Manager

This tool was created so that users of Pitney Bowes machines could work out how the new Postage rates would effect their business

This demo showed potential customers how the PC program Shipstream worked. All of the animation, design and development
was produced by me.
